Blessing Ndambuki

Founder & Executive Director

With a deep-rooted commitment to social impact and her belief in the potential of communities and young people to drive transformative change, Blessing Ndambuki, together with Marlyne Mutua, founded Friends for Life NCD Solutions. As the Founder and Executive Director, Blessing provides visionary leadership, strategic direction, and unwavering support for our mission to empower communities to lead the fight against Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), climate change, and health inequities.

Her leadership has propelled the organization to become a relatable and powerful example of grassroots advocacy across Kenya. Under her guidance, Friends for Life NCD Solutions implements innovative programs that address community wellness holistically — from impactful health literacy campaigns to supporting vulnerable families through school sponsorships, ushering in a new era of community-led stability.

Blessing's philosophy centers on the belief that health promotion is inseparable from environmental stewardship; tackling non-communicable diseases effectively requires not only clinical awareness but also sustainable agriculture, food security, and healthy environments where communities can truly thrive. Through her tireless dedication to both public health and climate resilience, she inspires partners and community members alike, leaving a lasting legacy of empowerment, health literacy, and hope for future generations.
